Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (United States)
We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:
•  Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date the order ships, not the order date. Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Rates
•  Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $39
•  Standard Shipping: $9.9
Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may differ and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for Expedited or Express options.
Delays
Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, high order volumes, or peak seasons (such as holidays). We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
